The MLS Fine Arts Camp will give students the opportunity to develop understanding, skills, and values related to the performing arts. MLS offers a variety of opportunities for students to participate in music, theater, and the fine arts, using their gifts to the glory of their Lord and Savior.
Students in the camp will have five classes each day. All camp participants will have a piano lesson, choir practice, handchime practice, art project, and drama experience each day. Upon arrival each day, the students will be directed to the chapel for group singing and opening devotion. Each learning session will be 40-45 minutes with a snack provided and lunch in the Dining Hall.
Instructors at the camp include Mrs. Kelly Schoch for piano; Prof. Leonard Proeber for drama; Instructor Arianna Siegler for vocal music; Prof. Cheryl Kopp for art; Mrs. Marion Ruffini for handchimes.
Fine Arts campers will receive a t-shirt (included in your registration cost). They should plan on wearing this shirt each morning to camp.
