When I think back to my 4 years at Sem, I have fond memories of the friends who I am still connected to and the lessons I learned from the faculty. Not so much about history or math, but what it takes to dedicate yourself to ministry in whatever way God leads you. That dedication and the care that the faculty showed to the students still serves as an example to me more than 20 years later. The encouragement I received there led me to give DMLC a try. Not only did I receive my degree and a divine call, I also met my husband Dave in New Ulm. We have 2 sons and as the Lord would have it, I am back at MLC working full time. I am thankful for all that I learned at Sem and I count every day I spent in Saginaw as a blessing.
