Bible 101 - A survey of the Bible from creation to the age of King David (2s/4h)

World History 111 - A survey of history from the beginning of time through the age of the Lutheran Reformation (2s/5h)

Geography 112 - A study of the physical geography and cultures of the world including geographic skills of map reading and information analysis (1s/4h)

Music Fundamentals 121 (or Piano) - Elementary music theory and an introduction to keyboard music in a piano lab setting (1s/2h)

Chorus 125 - Sight singing and ear training; includes both sacred and secular choral work (2s/2h, plus the Christmas and Commencement Concerts)

English Fundamentals 131 - A review of English grammar, usage, and literature, emphasizing the strengthening of reading skills (2s/5h)

Elementary Latin 141 - Elements of Latin form and syntax, vocabulary building, and an introduction to sentence structure (2s/6h)

Algebra I 171 - The language, symbols, axioms, and fundamental operations of modern algebra (2s/5h);
or
Albegra II 373 - (Algebra 171 or equivalent required) - Advanced operations of modern algebra (2s/5h)

General Science 181 - An introduction to sound laboratory practices and skills with emphasis on the scientific method (1s/4h)

Typing and Word Processing 185 - An introduction to basic word processing, with touch typing taught at the computer (1s/4h)

Physical Education - Boys 191, Girls 192 - Instruction in physical development, health, nutrition, and first aid, along with skills for participation in selected individual and team sports (2s/4h)

Band (elective) - Instrumental performance in small and large groups (2s/3h)

Confirmation 005 (when applicable) - Instruction in preparation for baptism and/or adult membership in the Lutheran church (2s/4h)
